All three cycles have been bulking cycles. In the before picture I had actually been lifting for 8 years. I was strong for my weight but had trouble gaining mass. I wasted a lot of training time as a powerlifter trying to stay in the 165 weight class. I'd never let my off season weight get over 172. About leaving my face on the pics I've included my legal disclaimer(lol) and I figure if the feds want me they could track my IP address and break my door down without ever knowing what I look like, so I don't worry about it any more. ------------------ | ||

naw man I have to agree your looking a hell of alot better, in my opinion it's better to have the size, than to be somewhat slimmer and cut....hell i'm gonna do it to the point i'm bulking for the next 4 or 5 yrs....naw man u look a shitload better now just cut up some | ||

Thanks for the compliments. I'll be doing a cutting cycle soon. My 10 year reunion is this summer and I want to show up looking good! and by the way the double chin is a genetic flaw, I had a double chin when I weighed 100 lbs. Everyone on my dads side of the family has it so I guess I'm screwed unless I want to have surgery. ------------------ | ||
