due to the prsance of the fbi and carnivore,
the need to protect your privacy is of great importance. things you need to do is get a firewall program. one of the best as rated by pc mag and yahoo mag , is zone labs zone alarm. www.zonelabs.com you should also use stealth software to cover your tracks. like
nortons ghost. use sites like www.zeroknowledge.com . also use window washer program at the end of surfing the net. this erases places you have visited.
a good site to check is www.grc.com .

recammended for source,s protection , get a zip drive and down load all info on contacts
or anything that has anything that could get you nabed by the feds.keep these files locked
in a small safe and do not keep by the computer. but do keep a few new blank ons by your pc and if you get targeted just say just got zip drive and do not know how to use.so if
they seize your pc they will have nothing.also if contacted by anybody new looking for supp. and they want a very large order, they most likely are a sting opp. do not become a victom. be smart and safe and make yourself invisable on the net and you will be safe.

is all of the above stuff free or do you have to buy software and stuff? Is there anyway to be pretty secure but not have to spend a buttload?

Fuck that freedom software. I just downloaded it and installed it and I couldn't get onto the internet at all. As soon as I uninstalled it, I got on no problem. I'll try again b/c I know it's good sw that I forgot about but I don't think it's gonna work.

Freedom.net seems to work pretty well for me. If you want to go the free route, use an anonymous nym and Jack B Nymble. Not easy, though.
