I tore my pec a while back and im rehabing it now, very light stuff...
BUT, im allowed to balst the hell outta my arms, anyone got any great routines??
I can also do delt raises so thorw that in there too.

MY ARM ROUTINE LOOKS LIKE THIS
BICEPS:
EZBAR CURLS 3-4 SETS 8-12 REPS

ALTERNATING DUMBELL CURLS 3 SETS 8-12 REPS

PREACHER CURLS OR CONCENTRATION(SP) CURLS
3 SETS 8-12 REPS
FOREARMS:
BEHIND THE BACK WRIST CURLS 3 SETS15-20 REPS

REVERSE EZBAR CURLS 3-4 SETS 8-12 REPS

NORMAL WRIST CURL 4 SETS 20-25 REPS
TRICEPS:
DUMPBELL KICKBACKS 3 SETS 8-12 REPS

OVERHEAD EXTESIONS 4 SETS 8-15 REPS

SKULL-CRUSHERS 4 SETS 8-15 REPS

THIS ROUTINE HAS WORKED GREAT FOR ME. HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK
