MY ARM ROUTINE LOOKS LIKE THIS BICEPS: EZBAR CURLS 3-4 SETS 8-12 REPS ALTERNATING DUMBELL CURLS 3 SETS 8-12 REPS PREACHER CURLS OR CONCENTRATION(SP) CURLS REVERSE EZBAR CURLS 3-4 SETS 8-12 REPS NORMAL WRIST CURL 4 SETS 20-25 REPS OVERHEAD EXTESIONS 4 SETS 8-15 REPS SKULL-CRUSHERS 4 SETS 8-15 REPS THIS ROUTINE HAS WORKED GREAT FOR ME.
