Few questions regarding B12: Does anyone use it during a cycle? If so, at what doseage schedule? I've heard that subligual B12 is just as effective as injectable - any truth to this? I assume injectable B12 is not a controlled substance. Can someome point me to a place to get it?     | ||

I was doing some research on B12 and found a site where i can order veterinary-grade B complex injectible - I can get 100ml for like $3. Somebody told me that veterinary grade B12 is pretty much the same shit as what my source gets $30 for. Any comments? | ||

B12 IS A WATER SOLUBLE VITAMIN WHICH AS ALL OF YOU KNOW ITS THE SAME THING ORAL OR INJECTED THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TIME IT TAKES TO BE ACTIVE,AND WHAT YOUR BODY DOESNT TAKE YOU PISS IT RIGHT AWAY. ITS KNOWN FOR THE AVILITY IT HAS TO MAKE YOU HUNGRY. IN MY OPINION I'LL TAKE ORALLY,UNLESS YOU LIKE THE PINS.GREAT STUFF TO PUT ON WEIGHT. P.S SORRY FOR THE ENGLISH BROS , DOING MY BEST. I remember seeing the vet grade b-complex on a site a while back for like 2-3bucks. Its worth a try. Would anyone know the different concentrations of the b vitamins in such a complex? | ||

The bioavailability of the injectable vs. the oral (even subligual) is not even comparable...why would anyone shoot it if taking a pill was as/more effective??? The recommended dosing schedule is a 1000 mcg (1 ml-cc) every 2-3 days for increased energy, appetite stimulation, and increased red blood cell count (especially if you don't eat a lot of red meat)... It's a good investment in my opinion, although I can't comment on the "vet" type...but you get what you pay for!! ------------------ | ||
