Clinical studies with male patients have been for periods of a year or longer. This error probably originates from the fact that, for use in women, due to the menstrual cycle there would obviously be no point in trying to stimulate ovulation all four weeks of the month. Thus, use in women is limited to 10-14 days. That limitation is not because of toxicity. ------------------ GOT CINDY?     | ||

I don't think there would be any point in doing it longer than a couple weeks being that your natural test levels would be up by then, and clomid isn't going to keep raising them past their normal levels. ------------------ | ||

True and I've heard of people doing clomid throughout their cycle. The only problem is I like the water retention, even if it means bloating a little. The water brings me strength and I lose it after the cycles done anyways. I've never taken anti-e's during a cycle, because I've never had to. I don't think you should unless you notice the gyno coming on, or you're afraid of a little water retention. ------------------ | ||

YOU CAN TAKE CLOMID FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR CYCLE, I TAKE IT 2 WEEKS BEFORE ENDING CYCLE AND THEN FOR 3 MORE WEEKS,,,THOSE DOCTORS THAT SAY NOT TO TAKE IT FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS ARE PUSSYS,,,, | ||
