I started using Glucosamine and Chondroitin. It seems to have helped a little with my shoulders.

I am having the same problem.My elbow area has been killin me,especially when i do nose breakers.I went to the doctor this morning and he told me it is tendonnitis.He said the majority of mine is in my bicep.He told me just take some time off.Cant do that tho,so I guess i'll skip nosebreakers.

Same here, my elbows kill when I do triceps exercises. I just warm up real good with light weight at first and deal with whatever pain I have. Once warmed up it doesn't hurt so bad.

I supplement Glucosomine daily and it seems to help a little but I'm thinking about adding some Deca to my next cycle.

Try MSM and if you can get your hands on some Deca add that.. Deca always helps me... MSM seems to help also...

Sometimes elbow pain can be traced back to your arm postion when you squat. Try moving your hands out to the collars and see if that makes a difference. It worked for me.

3 things that have helped me.

1- Elbow braces, help restrict movement and keeps it hot, cheap about $10 each

2- Low dose Deca, 200mg per week, (a little more costly than line1)

3- Chiropractor, they did ultrasound ,and stim, also made some spinal adjustements.(this has worked the best) go once a month now for therapy and have no problems.

Remember to heat before going to the gym and ice down afterwards for 15 minutes tops.. If you ice too long it will do harm.

There was a time when i could only do pressdowns with like 60 pounds max because of the pain, now i am back to normal..

Hope this helps, get it fixed, and grow bro..

I tried all kind of shit, just take a few months off and u should be OK...LOL, just kidding. Ask your Doc for VOLTAREN ER, shit works great, one a day thats it. In two weeks u'll feel like a king. Only thing is the cost, but if u've tried all other antiinflam. your insurane should cover it. With insurance its about 30-40 bucks for 30pills. Good luck.

try deca, i had problems with all of my joints last summer and deca at 400mg per week for five weeks took care of it, i have no problems since! give it a shot, i think tokkyo makes a 300mg deca, so you get more aactive ingredient per cc.
