Up the protein to about 200 grams/day or more. Keep the carbs low and use healthy fats. Split meals up into 5 or 6 smaller ones.

Calories are WAY to LOW. Your metabolism will shut down with such a restriction in calories. That's on the low end for a 120pound dieting female. Your body will compensate the severe malnourishment be slowing your metabolism to a crawl to conserve all the energy it can. I personaly would never go below 2500. 1100 calories will not support lean body mass on your right toe let alone your entire body. You will loose fat and maintain lean body mass much more efficiently with many more calories. Sounds contradictory but it's true. You need more calories to preserve mass and keep you metabolism in working order. Even a slight reduction in calories below maintnance level will begin the slowing of your metabolism. You need more dietary protein to help spare muscle proteins. Most of the protein you would be consuming would be converted to glucose and used as energy making it worthless to the muscles. Your body will then catabolize muscle tissue for its amino acid needs. Eat more and you will have far better results. You must be patient but if you eat like that you will look worse and feel worse than when you started.

I would limit the carbs to about 175grams and increase your protein to 1.5grams per body weight per day. with repsect to the calories, eat when your hungry and try to consume at least 2000grams per day. on the weekends if your not working out, increase your carbs to 300grams. hope this helps. best, SB
