 From Clen to ECA - How long to wait?

I am doing 2 weeks ECA, 2 weeks Clen, etc etc etc. I am currently on Clen. Lets say I do 100 on Friday. How long must I wait before starting the ECA? Normally I would like to wait 2 days, but after 2 weeks on Clen, doing 2 days with neither will amount to 2 very slow, tired ... days. So I want to kick in with ECA rather quickly. Any thoughts? Just opo some the next morning? Or will I still have so much Clen in my system that I will go into cariac vaporlock?     | ||

I am not sure that I fully understand this post. But I hope that you dont mean that you will take 100 clen tabs on Friday. I usually start the Clen at 1 day/day 1, 2 a day/day 2, and so on until I get to 6 a day. Although this may be a bit high for some. The ECA start the following day of the Clen. And then at the end of the two weeks again start the Clen back up. ------------------ | ||
