Insulin is used (abused) to increase cellular response to certain nutrients mostly post workout. Correct? Here's my dilema, would free radical uptake cause adverse reactions if allowed to be continued for extended periods of time? ------------------

Take too much slin for too long and your body may possibly stop producing it and you'll be forced to take it for the rest of your life. I don't like the thought of that.

Can you simplify your question? How much for how long. I have taken 15ius after workouts for 8 weeks with no negative effect. But what are you getting at?? ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime."

I honestly feel insulin is way overated. Dbol gives me as good pumps. Free radicals are scary. You need to take your antioxidants. Dan Duchaine once said he didn't like insulin because it affected the heart. Don't remember the details though. ------------------ [This message has been edited by DREXX (edited February 21, 2001).]

Lawnsaver, I am talking about the by-products of catabolism and destruction associated with weightlifting. 1) Increase in cortisol- in response the sympathetic response to stress put upon the body during extreme physical exertion. 2) Build up of lactic acid associated with "feeling the burn". 3) Free radical production ( bits and pieces of molecules that are left over after using the productive parts that must be discarded by the body because they are very detrimental to cellular health and immunity as a whole ). C'mon Huck, Anabolicum Mister, I could use some answers here. ------------------ [This message has been edited by jersey boy (edited February 22, 2001).]
