Curious how much the average pro gets paid with their contracts with their supplement companies, I mean i'm not expecting any football outrageous pay checks, but they making a few mill or what?

All depends on who you are and who you work for. I can guarantee Shannon Sharpe and Bill Romanowski are making 1,000,000+ a year and free supplements. The others aren't probably doing quite as well, but working for EAS and Bill Phillips does have its perks.

I'm guessing the average bodybuilder you might see endorsing Xenadrine probably gets 50,000 a year plus free supplements.

I personally know two Pro's, one of which is still sponsered by Met-Rx and is a bodybuilder, and one Powerlifter who recently did not have his contract renewed. The bodybuilder gets 55,000.00 a year plus free supplements which he actually uses and the powerlifter got 40,000.00 a year and he never used the stuff. He used to give it out to myself and a few other guys like it was candy. They also have ridiculous perks such as free first class flights and accomidations to the major shows not to mention the company of the fitness models

I remember reading an issue of Muscular Developement (2 or 3 years ago) in which they said Dillet's Twinlab contract was $120,000. Add to that all the freebee's they get free flights, supplements, + the money they get from seminars, guest posing etc and it's quite a bit.

However in comparison to other sports it's peanuts. At the end of it all a lot of these guy's don't really have that much money.

Put it this way, for one of the Olympia's a certain pro had to sell his Mercedes to help fund his..... ahem supplement requirements.

The only real winners in the sport of bodybuilding are the B*****d supplement companies.
