I am cut up big time, just dont have alot of mass. 6'6 200lbs probably 5% BF. I do tons of cardio training and lift three times a week. How do I go about putting on mass? Right now I eat Very Clean? should I keep eating clean or just eat everything? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

continue to eat clean. try to use basic movements when working out, 1 body part a week, the usual stuff, plenty sleep and a little test. wont hurt. ![]() ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Hey Superstar, Thanks for your input. I want to get to like 215-220, it will help me, I am a sprinter. I have a buddt who takes insulin and is 215, he is fast! I am kinda scared to take it. Insulin alone will not help you gain weight. Since you are a sprinter you should use something highly anabolic. ------------------
