alright fellas, i need some help with the WIDTH my biceps. the height is fairly decent, (good peak) but when i stand "facing the camera" my biceps look narrow,cant seem to get any thickness at all. need your help on this one guys. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am not sure if it is possible to make them wider, I think it is related to genetics. You just have to do a variety of excercises to work both heads thoroughly. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

There are 2 possible answers 1) You do not have genetics for such kind of biceps. Are you tall and thin type of person? If so , then there is good chance that it is the cause for it 2) Do you lift heavy weights? Your biceps lack mass, so how do you add mass for your biceps??? Add more weight! Mine biceps have the mass and stick out an inch from the side of my arm. But they aren't as peaked and long as i would like em to be. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

im 5-7 182lbs, 32 inch waist so im fairly stocky. i do heavy curls and heavy db hammer curls for this but its going nowhere fast, maybe just wrong exercises? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Try to do a variety of bicep exercises... Also .... You can not have massive biceps unless you have massive body (muscle wise). Can you squat/leg press a lot? And then... You might be geneticly shafted in terms of biceps.... I barely done any crunches and i have a six pack. Some people do them a lot and don't get such good results... Genetics... I know.... ... i can squat heavy and leg press heavy too.that means im screwed dosent it? the rest of my body looks ok, even my bis arent THAT bad , but i cant seem to get any width,i guess im just in deep shit on this one. even the rest of the males in family are built like this too. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

What does one consider squatting heavy or leg pressing heavy. What one person thinks is a large amount of weight another may consider to be moderate. Might want to define heavy squats and press. I personally squat in the mid to upper 400 range and press in the 900 - 1000. I am a life-time drug free bodybuilder, but I still don't consider this to be heavy weight. yes- close grip weighted chins will hit both heads but the outside a lot. Superset it with HEAVY barbell curls. Each rep almost a max effort,no more than 6 reps you will grow. Go ballz out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
