Hey guys! I was just wondering if you guys had any specific programs aimed at improving ones speed. I need to get from about 5.0 to a 4.8-4.7 by next season and was looking some advice from the best. P.S. I put this on both boards simply because i was looking for as many responses as possible. Mods if you need to delete it from this the anabolic board i understand. | ||

I might have already posted this on your other board. By Strength Shoes, follow the program given in their pamphlet. I went from a 4.95 to a 4.69 over the Summer. Then I went on a Sust/Dbol cycle, didn't run or use the shoes, put on 42lb. being my first cycle and ran it in 4.90. I think it you went on some Test Prop or Winny while using the shoes you will become Ben Johnson in no time. Well maybe not B.J. but you'll definitely get faster!!! | ||

just work your hamstrings, stretch, and run sprints everyday. strength shoes will help and that parachute thing will too. ------------------ | ||

power cleans and power snatches and jump squats will help. Actually pushing cars helped my start too. | ||

As mentioned, you need power and explosion for sprints. Therefore power cleans and jump-cats are ideal. ------------------ Great Information on Injections and Syringes |
