i did my first injection of Test Cyp (1cc) on Mon morning. today my ass is sore as hell! Ive heard people talk about soreness afterwards, but it feels like someone hit me with a baseball bat! is that normal? (There is no bruising or anything.)

yes, it's normal...should last 2 or 3 days. Next time, try heating the amp before hand, or after u inject, rock back and forth sitting indian style to spread it out.

ALSO AFTER INJECTING MASSAGE(SP) THE AREA FOR ABOUT 5-10 MIN AND I ALWAYS TAKE A WARM SHOWER OR BATH AFTER JUST TO RELAX. HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK ON THE REST OF YOUR CYCLE
