A creatine cycle should be about the same lenght as a Steriod cycle 8-10 weeks, correct? So when is the best time to start loading Creatine to get and keep maximal muscle gains? Im scared to start and end Creatine the same time as my Steriod Cycle because I feel like I will not only lose the normal amount from the juice but also the mass from the creatine. Which will be a considerable amount. So I feel starting the loading phase toward the middle of my cycle may be the best bet. What do you guys think, can you help me? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Or, Maybe it would be benificial to do a creatine cycle that ends midway in the steriod cycle, and then start a new one when I start using Clomid. Because I feel the extra ability the Creatine give me to be more explosive will help me gain more muscle while juicing. What do you guys think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Just dont cycle off the creatine... I've never noticed anything from cycling it, which I've done. I really dont know why people even say to cycle it... its not a drug, so why would your body build up a tolerance to it. If you stop noticing gains from creatine I feel it is because your muscles are now saturated and its not going to suddenly make you bigger or make your gains faster. Your body becomes used to making muscle with all that creatine. This is a good thing. If you cycle off, you will lose water weight and muscle size. Then when you cycle on again, you start storing water weight in your muscles and they grow. Then your like WOW ITS WORKING AGAIN, because your body has the creatine to use again. However if you never cycled off it in the first place you wouldnt lose those gains, so there would be nothing to gain back. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
