This is my first cycle ever and i have been using t-200 for four weeks and i have already gained 20lbs. The problem is i play college football and i got a little slower with the 20 i put on. I heard wiiny makes people faster and it is a very good steroid for football players. Please help on what would be the best thing to cycle with t-200 for making me quicker. thanx thelegacy

Your slower because you gained 20lbs. Winny wont make you faster, your training program will. Do high twitch exersices. Hills, wind spints, run with a training paracute. If you take some nolvadx or arimidex to rid you of the extra water you are holding, you will gain some speed back. The wieght is whats holding you back. If you want to get faster, then train for it.

2. Creatine
3. (oxandrolone with the creatine to improve power)

Also bro,
Two very good excersise to do for explosion, quickness, and fast twitch muscle fibers are...

1) Cleans, which i am sure you have done! very good for explosion and fast twitch muscle.

2)Explosion squats, start out with just the 45's for a set or to until you get used to the movement. 1. start out with your feet at about shoulder with apart, maybe a teiny bit more but narrower than regular squats 2. go down slowly using proper squating techniques and once you get your legs parallel, push upwards as fast as you can and finish the set on your toes, it will stress the calfs and help your quads and hammies. Here's what you need for speed:

1) Winny, Anavar, or Test Prop
2) A healthy diet
3) A relatively low bodyfat percentage
4) Explosive Strength
5) Good technique
6) Work on your Plyometrics
7) Speed train (sprints 20's, 40's, 100's)
8) Only run EOD
9) if 1-8 fail, your destined to be slow
