meal
1 post work out n large shake

2 8 oz chik 1 bagel nothing aded just plain

3 mrp 10 oz potato and salsa

4 50 mg whey plain bagel

5 mrp 10 oz potato

6 8 oz chikbreast bagel

7 50 mg whey 5 oz potato and salsa

aprox each meal is 50 g protein at least 60 g carbs around 3-5 g fat

can you tell me what you want to achieve, i.e. gain mass, loose fat? can you tell me how many calories U get?

iam traing to gain right now i dont count calories just make sure i get 50 g of protein then 60 - 100 gs of carbs and and keep it under 10 g of fat each meal so aprox i get about 600 cals a meal if not more

bro you should drop that diet and try the meals in arnold schwrazeneggers modern encyclopedia of bb, it has levels 1,2,and 3, on level 3 the protein is 170 gms per plate and it is real easy, if you start with level one you get 70gms per plate, but u must supplement with shakes, look into it, it is the best quality diet out, well its not a diet it is to gain weight.
