iam traing to gain right now i dont count calories just make sure i get 50 g of protein then 60 - 100 gs of carbs and and keep it under 10 g of fat each meal so aprox i get about 600 cals a meal if not more ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

bro you should drop that diet and try the meals in arnold schwrazeneggers modern encyclopedia of bb, it has levels 1,2,and 3, on level 3 the protein is 170 gms per plate and it is real easy, if you start with level one you get 70gms per plate, but u must supplement with shakes, look into it, it is the best quality diet out, well its not a diet it is to gain weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
