Does any one know of any place that sells accutane? is this a prescription acne med???This is a question for a friend. If this violates any board ethics, e-mail me the replies. ------------------     | ||

It is prescription, if you get it without a prescription (black market) you will drop 400-600 a month depending on dosage - get your dr to prescribe it. Otherwise its not too economical. It's pretty easy to get through a dermatologist. Particularly if you have cystic acne. I used it when I was about 24 years old after having acne for about6 years. Worked great, one of the best drugs ever used. Hardly any oil buildup since. Try one of the over the phone doctor consultation services. They regularly prescribe it. KNOWLEDGE IS KING | ||

Accutane is easy to get through a dermatologist and is routinely covered by medical insurace. If you go to a dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic dermatology they will almost always presrcribe it. If you go to your derm and they won't give it to you, go right away and find another. It's a great drug - there is no need to suffer from acne (or the permanent scarring which cystic acne can cause). I am not sure of the dangers (if any) of mixing accutane and gear, but if you just want to get rid of acne I would go for it. | ||
