i'm using 25mcg tabs and i'm wondering if i should be splitting my pills throughout the day or take 2,3or4 at once. and what results should i expect. i'm 245 13/14% and i've added 30min of cardio 5 days week. my diet is about 3000cals a day clean, mostly liquid, and i'm running 400mg of test a week!! thanx bro's you know how i hate the search!!!!     | ||

split them up but if lets say you go somwhere and forget to take your pills it is ok to take em all at once speaking of cyto got to go take mine |
