How would you suggest getting rid of a little fatty tissue under my nips? I should not have gyno, I have only done 2 winny cycles, so how should I get rid of this. It just makes my nips stick out a little whne I have a tank on, ya know?

About the only way to help (besides cutting) would be to do massive chest work outs. This will increase your chest size while leaving the nip the same size which will give the effect that they are not as large. This also will spread the fatty tissue out more then being concentrated in one spot.

I eat pretty good, mainly proteins, only carbs would be from bread on a sandwich or rice.

The problem is that my chest is already pretty big, and I don't want it to look disproportionate..

well, if you know how to diet and cut the fat, then yes, do some grueling chest workouts, twice a week, for 20 sets at least(yes volume training will help!),,,dont forget flyes, with dumbbells it can help you.

no no, believe me, it wont look disproportionate, if you train chest really hard, your frontal delts and tris will benefit also....and...big is not enough, theres always room to get bigger.

So I should do more sets of chest. Which exercises would help this area problem out?

yeah, shoot for volume and heavy weights,,,so you can squirt that fat out of there,,if its fat it HAS to go away with good diet and grueling workouts.

I have found that flys do real good at spreading out the chest tissue. I find that dips work real good also.

yes, aahepp is right, flyes are good as well as dips dont rely on presses only.

I hate to disappoint you, but doing more chest exercises will not make your gyno go away. Try massive cardio...you have to get your bodyfat down to get to get that gyno to go away. There is really no such thing as localized fat reduction, which has been proven by numerous research studies. Good Luck

I was not talking about localize fat reduction. I was talking about building up more muscle tissue there instead of the fat tissue. If you spread the fat over a larger area, it doesn't looks as bad. Trust me, I have dealt with heavier people and most of them had this problem. Working the chest will not per sya burn the fat, but displace it more over.

Thanks for the advice..I'll try to work in more dips, cause I already do a ton of fly's. What would you suggest for a diet?
