I'm into my 3rd week of a sust 500mg and deca 300mg weekly cycle. Since this is a bulking cycle and obtaining enough calories to put on the size is really the goal, my question is how much bodyfat does everyone put on during their bulk cycle. Before I started, I had "some" around the midsection. Not really a drastic amount, but yes It was there. I haven't really put on alot since starting the cycle, but my bodyweight itself has gone from 223 up to 235. I look at this as phase one. Phase 2 will consist of dieting, clen and clomid to get leaner and harder. Just looking for some input from experienced indivivduals. Thanks all Size ![]() ![]() ![]()

As long as your eating as clean as possible I wouldn't worry about your bf on a bulk cycle unless you're really porking up. I think you're going about it the right way though, phase one to bulk then you can shed the fat later. Just keep eating clean and growing bro. Good luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would not worry too much about gaining fat and focus on muscle gain. If you eat like an athele and do not cheat a lot, you should eat plenty of protein, complex carbs, and moderate to low fat, I cannot see you gaining too much fat... I used to gain lots of fat, but I cleaned up my diet and stopped having problems. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks very much everyone. I did forget to mention that I am eating relatively clean. No junk food, no fast food. Lots of egg whites and juice in the morning with a muti-vitamin pack. Protein shakes with 1% milk (may drop to skim milk), protein bars, chicken, turkey, rice, potatos and pasta. I'll throw in some peanuts as a snack here and there also. I'm not getting close to porker material by any means. Just want a little feedback so I can get grotesquefully overdeveloped! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Diet is what it is all about. On my last cycle started a new job so could not eat and when I did it was not worth shit like carton of whole chocolate milk because I read about bb eating candy and shit while on a bulking cycle and I figured a gram of test was enough too keep it from turning into fat wrong my stomach blew the fuck up got it under control though and did gain some muscle mass I will know better next time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

GLP, I made that same mistake long ago. I've learned that you just can't believe everything you hear, or rather, everything you hear doesn't always apply to everyone. I did a bulking cycle a year ago and kept hearing everybody saying that you had to eat like 100,000 calories per day in order to maximize your muscle gains. I bought into this garbage, so I ate around 15 cheesburgers per day, a half gallon of ice cream, a medium pizza, plus a whole load of other shit. The result? I got so fat I could harly walk around. It was pathetic. So, from then on, I have always ate as clean as possible when 'on' You can get a good amount of calories from clean foods. You can use things like weight gainer, natural peanut butter, and flax oil. These foods will help you achieve your energy needs, but won't pile up around your waistline. I always say you are what you eat, so if you eat shit, you will look like shit. Unless you are taking T3, GH, clen and 100 other chemicals to convert all that Burger King into heat or muscle. No thanks! -TG ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
