I have heard two theories on how to add winny to a deca cycle to prevent progesterone gyno. 1/ Start the winny two weeks before the deca to fill the receptor sites blocking the prog, the deca will produce later. 2/ You will not have to start the winny till 2 weeks after the deca as deca takes around 2-3 weeks to kick in>>>>>>> now neither of these guys seemed to know what they were really talking about so what is the general opinion here?     | ||

i used the winny for 5 weeks i my 6 week deca/winny cycle. i did not have any negative sides, although i never exceeded 400 mgs of deca. so i too am not clinically sure, but this is what worked for me, 50 mg eod of winny was enough | ||

No,proviron wont work as p/r inhibitor. as for the winny it will inhibit the p/r but will not "activate" them,therefor if you want it to efact properly you should take it a week prior to the deca ------------------ | ||

I started seeing some prog. related symptoms (tingling, etc) in the fourth week of a fina only cycle, and started taking 25mg/EOD of winny. I am in week 6 now, and no more symptoms. Worked great for me at the onset of the sides. ...bd | ||

You are not going to see any problems with Deca unless you use over 400mg/week (for most people who are not overly sensitive). Use Winny if you are really worried about it. ------------------ Great Information on Injections and Syringes | ||

Statechamp is right. Don't waste your money on Winny unless you are taking over 400mg/week of Deca. I am 2/3 of the way through my first steroid cycle ever and am up to 350mg/week and haven't so much as gotten a zit on my ass from it. I stacked with dbol and it worked great!!! Up 22lbs with a few weeks left to go. The best advice I can give to prevent progest. sides is to space your injections out.(2 per week instead of 1). I started out with 100mg every 4 days (200mg/week), and now am doing 175mg every 4 days. Can't go wrong with this one, Deca kicks ass. | ||

so you tapered the deca up instead of down? i was thinking 300mg for 4 ,200mg for 4? | ||

I don't think there's any sense to starting winny 2 weeks before you start using deca...I'd go for starting winny 1 or 2 days before the deca. Also guys you can get progesterone related gyno on a dose of deca less than 400mg/week...this depends on the individual. LM | ||

I did Winny/Deca twice and started the Winny late both times. Did 400mg/wk Deca & about 100mg Winny EOD Didn't have any problems. Like someone mentioned already, I got some symptoms with Fina/Winny. It went away when I finished the Fina. |
