I have high anxiety to start with and the ephedrine caffeine mix drives me insane. I can't even take the dosage thats on the bottle. I just wig out. I'm taking xanxax, serzone and paxil for my anxiety but that doesn't help me with the ECA. I think ECA is just not meant for some of us. If the effects are that bothersome then she should stop taking it. Just my opinion. ------------------ | ||

I've been using it for several weeks now, and I'm ready to stop. It's very effective for water retention, but I don't really like the way it makes me feel either. I'm a divorced dad of three kids, and they CAN drive you nuts........ECA or not! LOL delts ------------------ | ||

BSmooth, Frackal, I'm disappointed with y'all... The guy asks a simple question and you guys dis' his wife...WTF?? It's been covered on A.F., have her try some Kava Kava, maybe some Valerian Root...etc., etc. I think Decaman suggested something else but I can't remember off the top of my head...check your thread on that board, it's always a bit classier...
