This is the beginning of my 5th week been taking 500mg of sustanon with 400mg of Deca from start at week 2 started 30mg D-bol. My weight at week 1 was 177 and now at the beginning of week 5 it is 191 could this just be the D-bol I was told I would gain alot more. Or does it take longer for the deca and sustanon to kick in. I have been at this weight for week 4 and 5 with not much gain any more. The Deca is Norma 100mg and the sustanon is Nile Co. Should i be seeing more results my friend took just the d-bol and is getting just about the same results and he stsrted taking the D-bol the same time i did. | ||

eating like a horse at least 3000 calories with 200mg protien every day spread out into 4-5 meals a day | ||

I WOULD BUMP UP THE CALS TO AT LEAST 4500-5500 A DAY, MOSTLY CLEAN IF POSSABLE AND TRY TO GET AT LEAST 1.5-2GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT. I AM ON MY CYCLE RIGHT NOW AND EATING ALMOST 6000 CALS A DAY, NOT ALL CLEAN THOUGH, I AM GOING TO TRY AND EAT CLEANER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT GAINED THAT MUCH FAT. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 | ||

So when should I see more results or should I have already seen more. What would an average novice gain of a cycle like this I thought between 25-35lbs or am I crazy Thanks | ||

Everyone is different. I could tell you my results, or Bob's, or Fred's. They will all differ. Genetics, diet, training, sleep, are all factor. If you are stuck, change something. Eat more, sleep more, do different exercises. I dont think anyone can answer your question, its too difficult. Bottom line; you know your body. Something has to be changed. If you eat more, keep it clean. Diet is most important. Sleep more! the advice to your question has been good so far. Diet is everything. I would definately try to consume 4000 calories a day at your weight. I currently sonsume 6500 calories a day off season and 90% clean...yes, I am constantly eating, about every 2hrs or so. Anyhow, be patient...oil based testosterone takes time anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Also be consistent with your protein intake. The rule of thumb is about 40gms per serving but you may find like I did that my body can metabolize about 60gms per serving especially when I add Aminogen which is a protein digestion enhancer made by Prolab | ||

When does Sustanon start to work in general and when does deca start to work in general. I know that the D-Bol started working in 1 week but I think thats all that is working and was wondering if the sust and deca are real or fake | ||

Chill out, test and deca sometimes take a good month or so to kick in. Shit, the best gains I made off of a test only cycle last year were aftre I was done injecting all of it! ------------------ |
