I am well on getting back into good shape again and I'm planning on 3 cycles for this year. I'm getting down and dirty because I plan on walking on at a small D2 college to play football. I had some offers during high school but I messed them up (long story). Anyhow I have some experience with gear I've done a small cycle of d-bol and sus250 along with playing around with things like fina, and some test. I've got my diet down (eating 6 times a day getting 350 grams of protein a day and 2 gallons of water a day, etc.). I've been learning a shit load from this board just in the last two months, and I also have a partner that is very experienced with gear but he doesn't know anything about the speed needs of a football player. That's where I need you're help about a month from now I'm planning a Deca, D-bol, sus250 cycle (any suggestions on dosage would be cool though I have an idea). I've got a great power lifting type weight program that I've already done about half of and I love it shocks the hell out of my muscles, and I plan on repeating it with much more intensity while starting on my first cycle this year. The only thing missing is my speed and agility training. I do need to lean up some so I do some walking in the morning, which is fine, but I need something to cut down some time on my 40, get my vertical up and just all around explosiveness for coming off the line (I'm an offensive lineman). I am almost 6'3" about 255 right now under 20% body fat. By the time I walk on next year at this time (winter of 02) my goal is to be at least 260 at around or under 15% body fat. After this spring cycle I'm planning a summer leaning cycle, and then a fall cycle to bulk back up to at least 260 like I said. Once spring ball is in I need the endurance and the quicks to get the coaches looking at me. By the time fall 02 comes around I want to be about 270 plus and still around 15% body fat, which 15 is fine I've always been around there till this last year because of some personal problems. Anyhow anyone with any football experience and AS experience that could help me out with a good plyometric speed burst type running program that won't hurt my gains too much would be awesome. I'm really looking for a program here so any links or whatever would be great tips are good but I really need something I can print out and stick too I have checked out http://www.drsquat.com/articles/meso1.htm and it wasn't too bad but not very descriptive like on "starts" and "pro agility drill" doesn't say what that is. I know all about dot drills, jump rope, box jumps, all that good stuff so I have an idea of what I need to be doing. Flame me if you must but I'm really looking to learn I've been patient and searched up and down so I'm trusting that with some of the high profile/talented people hanging around here I could get some serious help. Any help is highly appreciated

I am in your shoes too- try www.allprotraining.com --- very informative and you can ask professional coaches questions and stuff. Spend some time on there and see how everything works- it will help!

do't use deca if you ever want to be clean for a drug test, i play at a large d-II school and we get tested quite a bit stick to t2 sus dbol, and winny on long breaks, during season mild amounts of t2 may be able to keep under the 6-1 testosterone/epitest limit, if you've got some cash GH is undetectable and so is insulin but niether are great mass gainers like what u would want for o-line

for the agility keep your feet fast with ladder work, box jumps, pro shuttle, jump rope, foot speed type of exercises and keep in good aerobic shape, as for the 40 get a good speed coach

Be careful when starting plyo drills after having gained alot of mass. Your body needs some time to get used to carrying the heavier load or you will get real bad shin splints (has happened to me twice).
