hey i'm 140lbs, getting ready to start an 8week cycle of sus, then at week 6 through 12 i'm gonna throw in the winny. how much protein should be in my diet for the best results. i know the more the better but how much???thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

And by the way....and no flame intended, but how the fuck are you going to be able to complete a cycle of AS if you don't even know how much protein to consume? Shit....1.5 to 2 grams of protein is how much you should ingest even off AS. Fuck... I actually bump it up to 2.5 to 3 grams when using AS. Maybe you should wait before you start shooting that shit into your ass...bro. Is it even legit? I'm afraid some scammer saw you coming a thousand miles away... Take as much Protein as you can! More the better! If your going to us ANabolics, USE atleast 3grams of protein per pound of body weight! On steroids you can over eat and it would give you even more muscle! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My response is...HOW MUCH CAN YOU TAKE IN? Take as much as you can and keep track of all protein and food intake in a daily log. Works great. Well, how much the body can metabolize in a certain time period is a tricky topic. It depends on the persons metabolism. I would be safe and say that most people can metabolize about 35 to 50 grams of protein in a 1.5 or 2 hour period of time. I try to consume about 40 or 50 grams every 1.5 or 2 hours. how long have you been lifting? I always ingest around 500g of Protien per day, and my LBM is around 230lbs. So a tad more than 2g per LBM for me, but 1.5-2.5 is about right. I would consider zig zagging your carbs and protien to get more growth. If you AVARAGE 2g per day you will be fine, so one day go a bit less,and the next a bit more. Same with carbs. I would hit carbs REAL hard on the weekend, and cut back a bit during the week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i've done 1 cycle already. i'm 18. i got up to 150 then cut down for wrestling season. i've been lifting hard to start gaining some more weight back, and eating protein like it's my J.O.B.!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
