ok... so the majority of people here who take DBOL take it every 4 hours... if someone works out first thing in the morning... should they take a larger dose right before working out when they wake up and then just one tab every four hours or should they still only take one tab in the morning before working out and maintain that one tab every 4 hours? ------------------ | ||

Hmmm. Good Question. I have still been torn about the whole 4hr deal... I just feel such a better pump when I start popping the whole lot, a few hours before I lift. I guess I am taking it sort of as a preworkout stimulant... I'll bump for ya... ------------------ | ||

yes and I agree that one every four is great... but should the pre-workout dosage be any higher...? | ||

When my friends and I get into higher doses we will split it up even more than that. One of my buds even sets his alarm to wake up several times through out the night to maintain it. ------------------ | ||

Most people spread them out throughout the day and take 2-3 right before a workout in order to try and get the best from both methods. What you must remember is that pump does not equal growth, it is simply something will will increase blood flow and therefore will increase toxin and nutrient flow to your muscles. The one every 4 hour method seems to be favoured by most but you can take 1 every 5 hours instead thus leaving you to pop 2 instead of 1 before your workout. I used to do the 4 hour regime as well and don't get me wrong, it worked well but I took the advice of a friend of mine who turned pro a few years a go and it worked much better and it went something like this: start at 5mgs 2hours later 10mgs 3hours later 5mgs 2hours later 10mgs 3hours later 5mgs repeat for two weeks after 2 weeks: start at 10mgs 2hours later 15mgs 3hours later 10mgs 2hours later 15mgs 3hours later 10mgs repeat for two weeks start entire cycle over again This worked well...he told me that it never allows the body to adapt to the dosages or ingestion times and I found somewhat better gains in size and strength |
