if my stack is looking like 400-600mg/day with eca and 3 grams vitamin c. 1.)at what times do i take the DNP? 2.)do i space out the caps or take all at once? 3.)how should i vary my work-out for this kind of cutting cycle; do i still use wt training the same as when i'm juicin (as my strength will not progress nor will my muscles grow), do i just cardio and do a lttle wt training toneing exorcises, or do i just stick with toneing and muscle maintaining exorcises with out increasing any cardio? i just am afraid of doing this ignorantly and losing all of my muscle. thanx, tc | ||

If you go @ 400 mg. take one with breakfeast. one with dinner or with you last meal of the day(for me just before I go to sleep). If you go @ 600 mg. 1-breakfeast 1-lunch & 1 with last meal. That's what Iv'e allways done, and it works. How long are you planning to go?? You could up the vit c to 5 gr, won't hurt. divide the vit c in to as many 500mg. doses spread out through the day as possible for you.(because of the fast breakdown of vitC you should consume it evenly all day.) Also add in a multivitamin morning and night. Your workout is what you feel best. I never lost much muscle/if any, when doing my normal weight lifting routine 4-7 or 8-11 reps. 5 days a week. ------------------ | ||

thanx bud, i plan on going 7 days on 7 off for 2-3 weeks.. i will up my vitamin c though. | ||

The Viking of the north is right. Split up doses to avoid a really upset stomach. Be sure to use Glycerol if you have trouble drinking more than a gal of water a day. |
