I eat chicken and rice everyday. i'm etting tired of the same old taste. The only thing i like in it is soy sauce, but thats ful of sodium. Tried hot sauce, tastes bad! Any ideas what to add for flavor?

Goya Sazon.

It'll turn the rice and chicken orange and flavor it.

Try eating some tuna for a change. It is a whole lot easier because all you do is open the can and dump it into a bowl to do whatever you want with it. No baking. Also, try some catfish fillets. They take less than 10 minutes to broil and they are a great source of both protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Just try eating some different things.

I hope that's not all that you are eating everyday. Depends on if your bulking or cutting.
If your bulking make a bunch of chicken breasts with rice and low fat cream of mushroom soup for a casserole. Chicken or steak with yams, the best thing about yams is it tastes good by itself.
Use different brands of rice, we like ZATARAIN'S New Orleans style rice, it has about 12 diferent variety's of rice some spicy some not. (www.zatarain.com)
Instead of making rice in regular water use low sodium beef or chicken broth add some mushrooms.
For easy recipes with chicken wrapeed in alumninum foil, (no mess) go to [URL=http://www.reynoldskitchens.com]www.reynoldskitchens.com/URL]

Try eye of the round or flank steak as a subsitute for chicken breast. The amoutn of fat is the same as chicken and I believe that the protein content is higher.

As far as carbs are concerned, you can easily replace rice with potato or Met-Rx pasta (since it has a higher protein content than regular pasta).

Get some tuna albacore. It's expensive but worth it. Plus you get omega 3 fatty acid, just adding .02
