hey bros,

7 time Winston cup nascar champion Dale Earnhardt died today in the Daytona 500 race. He was a good man and a great champion. Keep him and his family in your prayers

Damn. I'm truly shocked.

I didn't know much about racing but I did know Earnhardt and Gordon.

I'm truly saddened by this.

My thoughts are with his family and fans.

Truely was a great man. All his family and freinds are in my prayers. Sad lose today. Kinda like losing one of your own family.

As I stated on the AF board, this is a tremendous blow to me personally. I cant imagine what it is like to his family. My prayers are with them tonight and in the future. Earnhardt was the fucking man. He was the GOD of racing no matter if you liked him or not. I still can't believe this. It's amazing how things come and go in life. Today, my childhood idol died and with him, a piece of me has too. Since I was a kid, I have been a diehard Earnhardt and Darrel Waltrip fan. He was the Michael Jordan of racing, a true sports legend. To put it another way, he was the DAN DUCHAINE of racing. Does that make more sense to some of ya bodybuilding studs? Anyway, this is going to take awhile to get over for me personally.

This is truly a tragedy , but to say the least he died doing what he had a love and passion for. I dont think their could be a more prestious and dignified way to go.

May God bless his soul. for he will be truly remebered.

I met one of them one time I can't remember if it was the dad or the son. I was doing security for a race in CA.

A sad day in racing.

He raced hard and fast and was aggressive and was someone who was truly passionate about his sport..and he represented it to the fullest...my condolences go out to his family...on the brighter side he went out doing what he truly loves...RIP Dale Earnhardt

I never really watched racing that much, but you can't help but feel the loss after something like this. At least he died doing what he loved.

Whats weird about it is....On CNN they said that he was in serious but stable condition...LAST NIGHT!

This morning my bud tells me that he died, and most likely soon after impact.....

VERY VERY WEIRD.....

Not that this is any consultation!!!!

But one thing you must remember... he died doing the thing that he loved and devoted his life too!
