Work Out Go home take insulin (hum-r) drink carb shake wait 1 hour drink proteinn shake (50g) wait another hour eat balanced protein/carb meal (no fats) sound ok?    | ||

You can take the protein with your first carb meal. It won't hurt and if you use a good whey protein isolate it may help with insulin sensitivity. 2 hours after your injection have another carb/protein meal. NO FAT though. ------------------  |
