NO As should be used post injury. AS gives you the ability to build muscle quicker and stronger. After an injury your body is not ready for the added stress that you are going to put on it from the AS. Best med for injuries is time and rest. Then go natural for some time then hit the AS.

i had 5 surgeries on my lower right leg on the muscle that runs from knee to ankle on the outside between the shin and the calf from something called ACUTE COMPARTMENT SYNDROME...

...so just taking deca while im sitting around healing would stress body is what your saying AAHEPP?????

...it wouldnt help w/ protein metabolism and keeping my body from a catabolic state--in which its already badly in?????

...im already on 500mg PERCOCETs which help the pain some, i wasnt talking about taking something to releive pain, just to help heal, and keep my body from breaking down and getting any softer then its already starting to do, feels like i have never lifted in my life--even though i still look pretty damn-good-well starting to get a little flat....

ROIDRANGER the added stress I am talking about is in conjuction with lifting. Not just sitting around and injecting. That was not my comment. I am talking about the added strees you will get from the lifting while on the AS, not the AS itself.

lifting is outta of the question for now, ill have physical therapy in a couple wks and my dr. says it will be torture for what i just went thru, right now i feel like i stress and get a complete workout just from trying to walk w/ out crutches

i was talking about the deca helping use the protein better and just to help heal or prevent more muscle breakdown..

..would deca provide any benefit in the condition im in is my question

...what about using PGF2 while im healing////any opinion on this one, the percocet would help deal w/ the pain

The Deca will help will the contiuned break down. But the also while the muslce is not being used it will continue to break down. When I had my knee replaced, the muscle was starting to break down so bad that they was saying I would not be able to walk for some time. So they put my leg in a mchine that made it flex constantly. Somthing you could check into is the shock pads that send a charge to the muscle and makes it contract then release. granted your not going to grow from it but it will help prevent the deterotion of the muscle tissue.

I have read about docs giving oxandrolone or deca to patients recovering from surgery. It seems like any steroid would help but I would personally stick with an anabolic since they have fewer side effects (like increased back hair!!). Do a medline search and you might find some abstracts of what you are looking for.

RoidRanger, did you say you were taking 500mg of Percocet daily? That's a lot of Perc's. That would also make you feel weaker. Also, that's going to be hard to get off of. I would worry about that first, man. Talk to you're doctor about that, if you need any more help getting off that stuff when the pain's gone, email me and I can tell you some things that could help.

I took laurabolin post knee surgery. It helped me strengthen my knee. When I went in to see the doc a month after surgery he said that I was 2 months ahead of where I was supposed to be in the healing/rehad process. I think laurabolin helps because it will strengthen the sorounding ligaments and muscles etc....and it isnt too powerful.
50mg eod.

BIOPSYCHFITNESS im not worried about getting off them-being off the juice is harder for me-especially since i was just 3 wks into my cycle, they have me on them to get me off all the shit they had me on in the hospital, which was like 6 different narcotics in my drips---it was ridiculious they said they couldnt give me enough to sedate me cause of all the juice i was on, trust me these percocets are doing shit for pain and there 500mg a piece, i take between 2-5 day(1000-2500mg)depending on pain that day. last night i had to take 4mg xanax just to get some good sleep for once and that was on-top of a percocet, and they are making me feel weaker though, thats why i want to get back on...

I was talking to my brother who is a surgeon. One of his MD friends uses testo injections to help people recover quicker from serious injuries. As well several long time injuries of mine healed after I began some HGH and testo that was prescribed by my MD.

Hopefully this won't post as I have asked to have my accoutns deleted and am just checking to see if they have been
