I wanted to know how everyone gets in all their calories, especially hard for people like myself with high metabolism. I eat tons of meat (20-25lbs week) but mostly just plain, i get sick of it almost to the point of throwing up as im trying to swallow the dry hunk of meat. i am going to invest in a food processor and start making all of my meats into baby food. Got this idea from nuclear nutrition. 96% lean ground beef in food processor with tomato sauce, makes a baby food consistency which is much easier to eat plus easier to digest. I TAKE 1-2 N-LARGE 2 SHAKES BY PROLAB, I TAKE 1 AFTER A WORKOUT AND SOMETIMES ONE RIGHT WHEN I GET UP, WHEN MIXED WITH 2CUPS OF 1% MILK IT IS 816 CALS EACH SHAKE, ALSO I TAKE 1 MYOPLEX SHAKE MIXED WITH MILK 400+ CALS AND 3 LABRADA PRO V-60 SHAKES MIXED WITH MILK 350+ CALS EACH SHAKE. I JUST EAT EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE IN MY FRIDGE, AS LONG AS IT IS FAIRLY CLEAN CALS. I'LL SOMETIMES GO TO MCDONALDS AND GET 3 DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDERS BUT NOT THAT OFTEN.
