weeks 1-8 1gram of test.
weeks 1-7 50mg dbal tappering down.
weeks 1-6 10ius humlog insulin post workout.
weeks 1-6 25mcg t3 to help with protine synth. Will be taking in about 400grams of protine a day. My last cycle was a gram of test a week only gained 12lb lean body mass from it no water did not get enough protine. Do you think a 30lb weight gain is possable here should mabey I add some finna 75mg eod in weeks 1-6 I am looking to blow my muscles off.

I WOULD ADD SOME EQ IN THERE AT 600MG/WEEK FOR 10-12 WEEKS. IF YOUR DIET IS RIGHT AND YOU GET ALOT OF CALS THEN I WOULD SAY 30 POUNDS IS NOT OUT OF REACH BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW WELL YOU RESPOND TO GEAR SO IT IS HARD TO SAY WHAT SOMEONE WILL GAIN OFF A CYCLE. EQ WILL ALSO INCREASE HUNGER IN MOST PEOPLE SO THAT WILL HELP YOU GET ALL THOSE CALS. HOPE THIS HELPS

30lbs is pushing it... I train my ass off and on my first cycle i got 28lbs... But 30lbs is hard to get... But who knows? Train hard, sleep, and eat right, and you may attain your goal... Set it for 20Lbs... So if you exceed it, you will be happy

thanks guys dont have good acess to eq but will still eat untill i throw up. I just started using whey protine and will never go back it is so much easyer to get the protine intake with that stuff.

on 500mg sust and 35 mg of d-bol i ve gained 28lbs is 3 weeks, so it mught be possible, just eat right train hard and get lots of sleep
