I'm an endomorph who's been lifting for five years naturally. In that time, I'm made some gains, but nothing spectacular b/c I could never eat too much without putting on fat. I've been a little chubby my whole life, and now I decided... I want to see my abs. So, I've started a low dose Primo-Winny cycle for a 12 week duration... Primo @ 200mg/week & Winstrol @ 50mg eod. I'm also taking ECA/Clen (alternating every 2 weeks) and T4. I'm 5'9", 190 lbs, and 22% BF. My goals: lose as much fat as possible while maintaining what muscle I have. I was planning on running on my treadmill for 45 minutes every morning on an empty stomach, and then waiting 30min-1 hour afterwards to eat (to burn fat), and working out 4 times per week. I'm not exactly sure how many calories to eat... I was thinking around 2000/day. This is what I've come up with for a FAT-LOSS CYCLE. If ya'll have any suggestions or advice, I'd appreciate it. Keep in mind, my goal is to LOSE AS MUCH FAT AS POSSIBLE while MAINTAINING muscle. Thanks. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
