I like to do over-the-head rope extensions, I feel it hits my inner head pretty well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Green, I developed my arms to 17" with this program....I changed my whole workout to achieve arm growth.... Monday-chest---heavy DIPS Tuesday-back----Forearms, with hammer curls Wednesday-shoulders Thursday-TRICEPS I do Close grip, skull, push downs, extension and one arm cables) Friday-Biceps---straight bar curls, preachers, incline curls, concentrations curls, reverse curls.....) Saturday-Legs(alreadylarge from football, dont need to work them hard.) This is an awesome program especially if you are on a bulk cycle and can handle the volume......Just remember to rest when you are not blasting a muscle group.... ![]() ![]() ![]()

There is really no exercise that isolates the lateral head of the triceps. Here are a few exercises that hit all 3 heads equally though: skull crushers on decline bench rope pushdowns any type of v-bar pushdowns dumbell overhead extensions All other tri exercises tend to emphasize the inner heads. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
