i have three more weeks to go (10 week cycle) and my diet is proper...alot of protein and calories... and the training is hard too! my strength keeps going up but, my weight isn't going up... ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

As you grow more lean body mass your body becomes more metabolicaly active. It requires more fuel. This means you have a higher need for food energy just to maintain your body mass...That right there is comsuming the calories that at the begining of the cycle would be going to growth. Hey bro, You might also try changing up your workout plan. EX> change the sets and reps you are doing in the weightroom. I have heard and experienced how changing your sets and reps halfway through the cycle shocks your muscles and adds to strength and muscle growth. Good Luck!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
