Right now I'm in between cycles and I'm bridging with 200mg of Primo a week along with insulin. I take 8-10 iu of humulin r post workout, wait 15 minutes, take 15 grams of creatine with 8 oz of grape juice (about 25 g carbs) then a shake with 70 grams of protein and 75-100 grams of carbs. I wait 2 hours and then have the shake again. I have not got hypoglycemic symptoms but I'm afraid I might be overdoing the carbs. How does this sound? Thanks for the help.

Better to overdo on the carbs than underdo, atleast when dealing with slin. Just my $.02

as a rule of thumb I use 10g of carbs per 1 IU of slin.

10g/1 IU is very generous... 5g/IU is plenty... It is always good to be safe though bu 50g carbs will suffice.

Creatine usage is good.

Remember insulin injections are subcutaneous not intramuscular... A common problem seen in new users.

Remember to keep off of fat for 2 hours before and 6 hours after injection of Humilin-r, or 2 hours before and 3 hours after with humalog.

Keep your insulin refridgerated.

Start low at 5iu the build up to 10iu... Then if you can move up into 15-20iu range... Once you master that move to 15iu 3x per day

Rugby is fairly close, but I wouldn't go over 12 IU's at a time less you might be sensitive to the effects and turn yourself into a diabetic. You might want to add your Glutamine in around the same time as your Creatine as it too will benefit from the uptake transport. Other than that you've got it down. Don't skimp on the cardio.

you can test your limits with insulin, but do it carefully... If you are alright with 10iu try 12, if you are still okay hit 15, if you are still okay hit 17, then 20... Thats what i did... As a result i had some great gains post cycle... I gained 7lbs and dropped 1% bodyfat... I actuallt was accused more in those 4 weeks of slin about steroids, than i had been on cycle... I got some nice size gains.

I started with 8iu for 3 days, 10 iu for 5 days, 12 iu for 2 days, 15iu for another 4 days, then 20iu for the next 2 weeks. I loved it

When are the best times to take humulin r besides post workout? Taking 15 IU 3X a day seems like you could never eat any fat. Thanks.
