I always run a small amount of t3 with a growth cycle, like 25mcg, or up to 50mcg a day. That seems to lessen the water, and Nolva every 3rd day too. But, yes, I think a SMALL amount of cardio is very helpful to keep a little fat and water off. Like 15min, 3-4x a week seems to do the trick. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

3 days a week of light to moderate cardio will not affect your gains. Dont forget that cholesterol and blood pressure go through the roof when on the gear and the best way to combat that is with cardio ![]() ![]() ![]() |
