yes you can overtrain. if dont feel 100% each time you workout, then you are overtraining. once a week a body part is good enough.

i do know that my intensity level goes way up when im on-i think it would be a little harder to absolutely KNOW that your overtraining while on. you feel stronger and your endurance level goes way up too,so thats a tough call in my opinion.

Yes you can overtrain while on the juice. Everyone is different so listen to your body. Every 2mon. or so, I like to take a week off, just to give my body some rest.
Remember, THE KEY TO GETTING BIG IS: DIET,REST, TRAINING then if A.S.

Only you can answer that, everyone is different.I am on a cycle right now,I tried to do my chest and shoulder routine for the second time this week.I didn't even finish warming up and I could tell I just wasn't ready,so I left and figured I would wait till monday.

If I don't work each body part twice a week I don't feel like I'm training.

bsjohnson is 110% on, thats how I do it. diet, rest, train, juice. I plan cycles around these, not these around cycles. I have not overtrained that I know of on juice, but I DO know that your tendons NEED a break!

Everybody is different. For me that would be extreme overtraining. I almost think it is easier to overtrain while on due to the incredible intensity of the workouts. Overtraining will ruin potential gains thus rendering a good cycle worthless.

I think that it is more beneficial to train each muscle group extremely hard once a week. Rule of thumb, if a muscle is sore from a workout, don't train until the soreness is gone.
