I have been on a deca/sustanon cycle for 18 days now.Nomally in a day my weight will vary about 3 pounds, but since I started my cycle it fluctuates about 10 pounds. Is this normal? This is really messing with my head, when it reads on the heavy side i feel pretty good, but when it reads on the light side i feel like I have shrunk.I know there is nothing wrong with the scale because every time my wife uses it, it gives her the same reading every time. ![]() ![]() ![]()

probably due to inconsistent training, diet, and/or sleep habits. ![]() ![]() ![]()

same thing happens to me in the morning I am much lighter than the middle of the day or at night. It probably has something to do with water. Your not shrinking trust me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree with GLP. It's probably due to your bodys water levels. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I forgot to add. Just weigh yourself once a day, at about the same time every day. Like 8:00am every day. That will give you a consistent amount of your weight gains. During the day I probably gain 4 to 7lbs, depending on how much I have had to drink(water...not alcohol) & how much I ate. I don't think it's anything to really worry about. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
