I have been on a deca/sustanon cycle for 18 days now.Nomally in a day my weight will vary about 3 pounds, but since I started my cycle it fluctuates about 10 pounds. Is this normal? This is really messing with my head, when it reads on the heavy side i feel pretty good, but when it reads on the light side i feel like I have shrunk.I know there is nothing wrong with the scale because every time my wife uses it, it gives her the same reading every time.

probably due to inconsistent training, diet, and/or sleep habits.

same thing happens to me in the morning I am much lighter than the middle of the day or at night. It probably has something to do with water. Your not shrinking trust me.

I agree with GLP. It's probably due to your bodys water levels.

I forgot to add. Just weigh yourself once a day, at about the same time every day. Like 8:00am every day. That will give you a consistent amount of your weight gains. During the day I probably gain 4 to 7lbs, depending on how much I have had to drink(water...not alcohol) & how much I ate. I don't think it's anything to really worry about.
