Wow- It looks like I'm going to be sentenced in the middle of March for an ecstacy conspiracy.I could get upto 5 yrs,but might do only 2.All of this is hitting me like a ton of bricks right now and I could use some kind words!!

Sorry to hear that bro.

Keep your head up. If you do get time, at least try to make the most out of it when your in there. (gym,programs,education,etc.)

Don't fall into the trap inside.
I have seen it many times. An everyday joe makes a mistake and gets a little time. Instead of going there and doing his own time, he gets involved with things like the drug trade, muscling, whatever. He comes out being a worst criminal then before, then Prison winds up being a revolving door for him.

Might not have been what you wanted to hear but trust me, I have worked at a federal Prison for over 6 years.

Try to get a good lawyer and do not plea bargain unless they have a super strong case.

bro, my blood brother just got caught trafficing with 400 pills and only just got his leg monitor off the week b4 from his parol officer. it looks like ga, fl is going to let him serve concurrent sentances and he'll only do 3 yrs. thats not too bad for a third offence. if this is your first round, take it easy bro. they arent going to put a welp on you. how strong is their case? any illegal procedures. happen to have another bro that just graduated from law school at columbia in NYC. hope everything works out for the best!

I know that its hard bro, but you have to stay focused. Try to harness all the negative energy into positive energy. Always be optomistic. Take your frustrations out in the gym and use your energy to discipline yourself both mentally and physically!!! Healthy body = healthy mind!! Once you get a grip on what is becoming there is no stopping you. Take your shit like a man, and make the best of it!! Think of all of the people that have things worse than you! Millions!! Make sure you post us a pic whenyou get out if you go, showing us your tremendous gains!!! Just don`t slip over the edge, or your toast!!!

Thanks guys- Good to hear some positive things.I've been on house arrest for a yr. while awaiting trial.I did a month until they set bail(25,000 cash,250,000 bond)They got me with NOTHING!!!But there are like 4 people who ratted and I got a conspiracy charge-which means just planning on doing a transaction!! Its my first time and I've been doing tons of charity and volunteer work while I've been out.Because I'm straight up,I'm taking the fall for others also.I've got the BEST lawyer in New England-he was a DA for 4 yrs. so he got some hook ups

Today he found two cases set that a judge went way down on the Federal guidelines because the person changed his life while on bail i.e-CHARITY work...so maybe that will knock some time off.
Puc-My partner in my promotion company is giving my wife a sizeable cut of any events that get thrown while I'm away,so thank God for that.The funny thing is that its ALL about money to these guys-turn over a BIG FINE$$ and do less time-God bless America
