i will start this cycle on april 1st. i want to be in perfect shape for mid july,so this will we a two parts cycle: first bulking than cutting.In the bulking part i will not use an "all you can eat" diet, simply because when i did in my prior cycle the fat gained was too much.I will eat very clean and the caloric intake will be moderate (between 3500-3800 kcal/day, 300g+ protein),this is again because i don't want get fat, maybe i 'll accept a very little gain in fat. In week 8 begins the cutting part,and caloric intake will be reduced. Any imput is appriciated but keep in mind that the AMOUNTS OF EQ, PRIMO DEPOT and ORAL PRIMO CANNOT BE CHANGED because that is all i can get(i can still dispose the same amount in a different way though).remember: the goal of this cycle is not to blow up as much as possible, is to reach the best shape possible within july

Nolvadex will be @ 10mg every day thoroughout the 15 weeks (to keep water down and avoid estrogen rebound effect)
the prop and the oral primo for the first 3 weeks are to jumpstart the cycle.At the end the amount of roids are reduce, but at that time i dont need to gain more, i only need to spare muscle while cutting.

I think your caloric level is to low. Yes, defenitely to low.
(unless you have a very slow metabolism from mother nature.)

Bad choice bro... If you want to bulk, bulk, if you want to cut, cut... You could easily gain 10-15lbs in a cutting cycle with a lowered bf%... Keep a nice clean diet. Between 2500-3000 cals, 200g carbs, 350-400g protein.

Also the cycle. If you want to be in perfect shape... Oh lets say by May... Go 10 weeks

week 1-6: prop at 300mg/wk, 1cc sust eod, 500mg eq. clen+t3 first 3 weeks, 2 weeks of eca, 3 weeks clen+t3, primo 400mg

week 6-10: prop 800mg/wk, 500mg eq, 300mg primo

Spend the extra $$$ and do it right
