SS, If you're going to use gear while on a keto diet make sure your cycle lasts for more than 4 weeks. Atkins demonstrated that on the first 3-4 weeks of a keto diet LDL rises, but then drops to a lower level than you first started with. HDL levels also go down then up. I also use a keto diet, and the problem is not with cholesterol but triglycerides. Triglycerides tend to go up on gear, and also on a keto diet so keep an eye on them.
