i livge in new orleans and can't buy it over the counter. I've never really seen it. They also have assholes down here that work at wal-greens and other places that won't sell me syringes. Do you have to ask for it or something??? | ||

guys i'm from new orleans. insulin IS over the counter but some pharm. are assholes and refuse to sell it otc although technically they cant refuse you. i can buy needles, you just have to know the right folks in the right places. where do you guys work out at??? never2big ------------------ | ||

Hey Bros, I lift at the LSU ATHLETES GYM, under stadium(Im an NCAA athlete for LSU). I can't get syringes in BR, but in NO I can get them easily. I am looking to purchase Insulin in BR, need to know where to go. Where do you other guys lift at? Thanks to those who help! | ||

I get Humalog for cheap from a guy I work with he has Diabetes if it is not illegal to sale I will be glad to sale it to you for $20 a vial. I will research to see if insulin sales are illeagal I am sure they are so you may be out. | ||

N.O. here too. Tell those bastards at walgreens to mind their own damn business when you go in to buy syringes. Best places are private pharms. except they will anounce it over the loud speaker if they can't find it. Sometimes you feel like a crackhead. But FUCK IT!!! | ||

guys yall are making a big dieal out of nothing. most pharm. will sell you insulin pins. get the microfine 29 guage monoject. most of them will also sell you insulin also you just have to go to the right places cuz like i said---some of them are assholes and refuse. as for the walgreens in b.r. i know a young pharm. who works out there and he says he refuses kids all the time. he might be the midget someone was talking about-lol. trial and error is the key here. try a place and if they dont then move on. they are NOT going to arrest you. the pharmacy by the lake on robert e. lee blvd usually sells them. so does that one on metairie road!!!

HUMALOG IS NOT OTC if it being sold that way the pharmacist/tech is breaking the law or doesnt know the regulations. All the other INSULINS are OTC though. ------------------ | ||

Sure thing, bro. I get my Humalog, or Humilin-R at the Rite Aid on Desierd St. You can get insulin pins there too. You can also get syringes no questions asked at a home health supply store. I can give you directions if you need them. If you know where the "Honky Tonk" is, the place is right across the street. I bought a box of 100 for $15 (23g x 1").

O yea , I used to hang out at the Honky Tonk, they would change the name of that Bar every week!! I was on scholarship with the swim team, and we owned the SHAMROCK. That place was cool!
