Ok...Here's my stance. I'm here every day. I help out around here by answering questions when I can. I haven't asked for one little bit of help here in over 3 months, but I'm always here to help others. And, I keep my website pretty current for others to reference when they need info. Then, I come on here and carefully post something about a source that sells unscheduled products (didn't mention name, email, or location) and this bitch closes my fucking thread. while technically a source post, unscheduled is not relevant, still prescription. However you did not mention him by name, so I say no harm no foul. I saw no problem with it. I did not lock it. someone- I do not know who- posted under his moniker last night- if it was him I would assume that he is still up and running. ------------------ | ||

If the great and powerful macro thinks it's ok, then it must be cool ... i don't care if the mystery mod reveals himself to the board or not, I just want to know if it's possible for a software glitch to lock threads .. if it's a software problem it must be looked into. | ||

I was just about address the recent threads being lock. So I will do so here. To all MODS: First of, I have no problem with any of y'all, I acually get along with most memebers here. Recently there have been some threads that shouldn't of been closed at all, and so that should of been closed(that were, Good job). But for the others, there was nonthing wrong with them and the post were in the right context of this board. I personally believe if a thread is closed by a MOD for a certain reason, then that MOD should post the reason on the thread before he closes it. I know of 1 or 2 MODS that already do this. If the thread doesn't belong on this board or shouldn't be posted, then please explain why. If the reason is b/c of personal belief then shame on you. | ||

I agree, if a mod closes a thread there should be a post on why he closed it. That'll help avoid similiar posts in the future(because we know what we did wrong), it'll also stop mods from making stupid decisions because they'll have to explain themselves. ------------------ | ||

beats me, I had one of my post locked over at the Chat board, then the same post was unlocked a couple of seconds later. a few nights ago I watched one of BigJay's post disapear it had about 30 replys on it, then a couple of minutes later it reapeared with some selected responces deleted.

i dont know what post you are refering to, but this happens to alot of people here including myself, i was told by the powers that be, that it is a programming problem of some kind, whether that is true or not who knows but i will BUMP for you ------------------ |
