(FYI gofastman was my old handle i came back and it was deleted i set it up again no problem... WTF?)

Lost my job many months ago, stopped training lost 20lbs. Fuck this, Protein factory order just came in (Lots of new goodies) I will Starting up again on Monday. Natural for 2 months, then sus, fina, deca, winny, clomid, her i come. Starting at 190lbs 8% 5'10. I project 215 @ 7%by summer. There are many of new mods out there. Anyone still using Clam_butter_oil, or Winstron??? LOL. Glad to be back. I know some of you are in Sound factory Saturday, Let a brother know!

gofast, that brings back memories.
like when i was in high school and 130lbs at 6'0ft. man, it took a while to shake the crystal methane and speed ghosts.
been about 4 yrs and i'm not going back.
only because i don't think i'd be able to
ever stop if i started again.
