I am 6' 162lbs and 22.I have never taken steroids.I work out like a madman (but just switched to the hardgainer w/out 5 weeks ago).I have taken 4 cycles of cell-tech, 6 months of whey protein(3 times aday) and all the aminos and vitamins you can think of,but still only have received small gains.what can I TAKE or do so i can see some results!PLEASE HELP! thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

"what do you consider fat?" you need to up calories... 3200 sounds good on "paper" for someone your size but obviously it's not going good... how much protein do you consume? how's your diet? you use flax oil? you use protein supps? you workout for 45-60min with extreme intensity? do you... etc. etc. there are many variables. a.s. is NOT an answer to your probs it is a "crutch" it is an assistance substance... it is a "supplement" yes. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Light_weight, You will put on some fat if you are eating enough to put on muscle. Start eating and try to put on 40-50 lbs. in the next year. If you are working out most of that weight will be muscle. Some will be fat, so then you diet. Food is the best anabolic for you now. Nothing is more anabolic than calories. Eat more and you will grow. Foccus on proper diet and you will see results. Change your training and diet and see what your body responds to. Training like a "madman" doesn't guarantee results nor does downing protein shake after protein shake. It sounds as though you have a lot to learn about the far more important aspects of this game like training and diet before you consider AS.
