My new job requires at least a 12 a day commitment, consequently my sleep suffers, maybe 5 hours a night max, and I can't say it is great quality after working out. How detrimental is lack of sleep.

as much as anabolics can help, I'd say exercise, food and sleep are even more important. My first cycle I was doing everything right and gained 33 pounds, my friend was on the same cycle, and we both started out at about the same height and weight, he worked out ok, not as good as I did, he drank, didn't eat the greatest, partied a lot, and didn't get good sleep. he gained 8 pounds.
