One is a 5 year old injury and one is a 3 year old injury.

Anyone have any tips to help rebuild the muscle? Nothing seems to work.

It has gotten better but when you touch the kneecap it is VERY easy to wiggle and that scares me because I know dislocating it again would be very easy.

Thanks,
H

Knee brace..You ever see the thing Stone Cold Steve Austin wears?

Well basically, it immobilizes your knee cap and makes lateral movement possible and relatively pain free.

Ask a Sports Doctor about one.

surgery. I'm in my 2nd year of med school and thats what i would suggest. Those tendons are entirely too loose if it dislocated twice. Get it fixed. They actually can scope it so you won't be out for toolong.
